Our warranty service includes

Repalcement

If you receive a defective product, we will resolve the issue in the way that best suits you. Typically, this involves a return and replacement but may also include repair or shipment of replacement components if the issue involves easily replaceable parts. Our goal is to minimize downtime and ensure a quick resolution.

Warranty Coverage

All items manufactured by us are warranted for one year from the date of sale.
The warranty covers items as they are delivered to you but does not cover damages caused after delivery.
To claim a warranty, proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Void Conditions

The machine shows signs of being dropped.
The machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body or motor components.
The machine shows signs of tampering.
The machine shows signs of internal parts replaced without authorization.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your device is older than one year, you can still send it in for repairs. For repairs requiring payment, we will email you before proceeding with any work.
